Intro of RW
When you hear word "Leadership", what you imagine? Wise and honorable leader such as presidents in the U.S? Or, powerful and confident leader such as Hitler? Leadership can be taken as inborn ability or character that "lead" people. The difinition of leadership is "inborn ability, which can be developed." It means every people can be leader, by developing it. Recently, demand for leadership is increasing. In Japanese shukatsu, the activity to seek employment, leadership experience is in demand. In addition, in AO entrance exam of ICU, one of the 2000 character essay must be about leadeship of testees. Developing leadership ability will help you in much situation. It is needed to run organazation such as club activity or even to manege discussion in class. Leadeship education shlould be included to oedinal educational curricuram for Japanese education.

Yes, leadership is required in many situations like in the discussion, in the club activity and at Shukatsu as you said. However, on the other hand, leadership education is not so popular among schools today even everyone is expected to be a leader. I think leadership education should be done at school, too.
