Minimize
status differences and insist on courtesy and mutual respect.
As unity
is emphasized in the previous section, mutual respects is the central of it
since the status gap in team causes discontent. Equality in every status and
less privileges would tender the atmosphere in critical situation. It does not
mean hierarchy is bad. In order to run organization, the difference in role and
in authority is absolutely needed. Mutual respect as human and on basic
equality makes the smooth relationship.
